Case No.2864 of 2023 arising out of Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.789 of 2023 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. 3. The allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. is that on 02.11.2023, the informant being the father of the victim-opposite party No.2 lodged a written report before the I.I.C., Kendrapara Sadar P.S. alleging therein that on 01.11.2023 at about 2.00 P.M., the present petitioner kidnapped her daughter. When the family members searched everywhere to trace out his daughter, they could not find her. Hence, the F.I.R. 4. The investigation in the present case is still going on.
