JUSTICE SUSMITA PHUKAN KHAUND ORDER Date : 27-03-2025 Heard Mr. J. Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that vide order dated 19.03.2025 the learned Trial Court has fixed CR case No. 609/2024 for recording the statement of the petitioner and for further enquiry. This Court has passed an order in Crl. Pet. No. 317/2024 on 17.03.2025 directing the Trial Court to pass necessary orders for identification and recovery of the streedhan articles of the petitioner without fail and under proper procedure of law. 3. The applicant/petitioner is apprehending that there will be a delay in receiving back her streedhan articles and the petitioner is apprehending that all her streedhan articles will be damaged if further delay is caused. 4. Heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 5. After considering the submissions at the bar, this interlocutory application is disposed of directing the Trial Court to pass necessary orders for identification and recovery of streedhan articles of the petitioner without delay and under due procedure of law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
