Mr. M.A. Choudhury, learned counsel appears on behalf of the petitioners. 2. However, at the outset, Mr. S. Sengupta, learned Addl. PP on behalf of the State respondent has submitted that pursuant to this Court’s order dated 22.07.2025, the petitioners have cooperated with the investigation, and has appeared before the Investigating Officer. As instructed by the Investigating officer, it appears that there is no requirement for custodial questioning of the petitioners. In such a circumstance, the learned Addl. PP has not made any strong objection for the application to be allowed and the interim relief be made absolute. 3. Accordingly, on consideration of such submission, the prayer made in this application is hereby allowed. 4. In the event of their arrest, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail with the following conditions: 2025:MLHC:661 3 i) That they shall not abscond or tamper with the evidence and witnesses; ii) That they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required; iii) That they shall not leave the jurisdiction of the State of Assam without prior permission of the court concerned; and iv) That they shall bind themselves on a personal bond of ₹ 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 5.
