The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 21/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Raveena Devi who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there is no mark of violence on the person of deceased. It was further submitted that there was some altercation between the petitioner and deceased due to which she committed suicide. 5. It appears from the statement of witnesses that prior to the occurrence, deceased had talked to them and had stated that she was fine and was going to cook food. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
