This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue order, or suitable direction, directing the learned court of Additional District Judge Court No. 10, Etawah to decide the Civil Misc. Appeal No. 50 of 2023 (Ramesh Chandra Dubey Vs. Ajay Kumar & Another) expeditiously within stipulated Period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid appeal is pending since 2023. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
