HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32998 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J. 1. Petitioner before this Court claims that the land in question was settled in the year 2003 under Section 122-B (4-F) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. Three revisions were preferred, two by the State and one by respondent no. 2 before the Commissioner, which have been allowed by the order impugned and matter has been remitted to the Sub Divisional Officer to consider the same and pass fresh order after making spot inspection. 2. After hearing learned counsel for petitioner and perusing the material on record, I find that present writ petition has been filed against the remand order which needs no interference by this Court and, as such, writ petition stands dismissed. 3. However, as petitioner is still continuing in possession over the land in dispute, he shall continue till final decision taken by the Sub Divisional Officer concerned, post remand the matter.
