The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 20.02.2025, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Darbhanga P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. 4. The order dated 20.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54954 of 2024 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22490 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of six weeks from today. 5.
