The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354A, 379, 427, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was at his house, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner came there and started damaging thatched house and on protest, accused persons assaulted the informant side. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted one Gajendra Yadav with farsa. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, simple marpit took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16337 of 2025(5) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 antecedent. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Madhepura in Madhepura (Bharrahi OP) Police Station Case No. 947 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
