Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and the learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent perused the materials available on record. 3. Based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant/second respondent herein, the first respondent-Police registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.10 of 2023 on 25.11.2023. It is seen that pending case, the dispute between the parties had been settled and they entered into memorandum of settlement. Hence, the petitioner seeks to quash the F.I.R.
