This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to take appropriate steps upon the representations of petitioner dated 03.04.2024 and 13.05.2024 for installing the stones by demarcating the share of petit ioner and provide possession of the Khasra No. 689 area 0.4373 hectare situated in Village Chak Korra Sadat, Pargana Hasawa, Tehsil Sadar, District Fatehpur to the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 08.04.2017 passed by the respondent No. 2, within time bound period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner wants the compliance of the order passed in the year 2017. From reading of the material available on record, no case for interference is made out. 3. Writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
