This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove encroachment from the road leading to the petitioner's house created by respondent Nos. 7 to 10 and construct the interlocking on the way/road within the stipulated period fixed by the Court. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the dispute appears to be between the petitioner and her neighbours pertaining to the way leading to her house. 3. Filing of the petition, in the nature of public interest qua the individual interest of the petitioner, cannot be countenanced. 4. If the petitioner has some individual right, which is sought to be obstructed by the respondents, petitioner has to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. 5. Filing of the PIL of the present nature cannot be entertained, the same is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
