ORDER 18.11.2025
Learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, at the outset, with reference to order dated February 10, 2025 submits that the Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) has since been installed. He has also drawn our attention to the status report dated September 18, 2025 filed in this regard and, particularly, the averments set out in para 3:-
“3. That, the Regional Director, Pollution Control Committee, Jammu reported that as per status report submitted by the Divisional Officer, Pollution Control Committee, Reasi, STP of 30 KLD stands installed by the hotelier, besides also reported, thereafter Consent to Operate has been issued in favour of the owner of the hotel vide Consent Order No. PCC/digital/25045148220 of 2025 dated 31-01-2025. Copy of the same is annexed hereto as Annexure I.”
In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, as always, fairly submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be
disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
