This application has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for transfer of Title Suit (Matrimonial) Case No.79/2024 Page No.# 2/2 pending in the Court of the learned District Judge at Tinsukia to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. 3. Mr. Sahewalla has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the case is transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. The prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The Title Suit (Matrimonial) Case No.79/2024 pending in the Court of the learned District Judge at Tinsukia shall be transferred to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati.
