Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present petition has prayed for the following relief:- "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding S.H.O., Police Station Bhudkuda to ensure the compliance of order dated 06.07.2020, 02.09.2021 and 25.01.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ghazipur in Original Suit No. 136 of 2020 Muneshwari Devi and others Vs. Smt. Manita Devi and others and submit his report upon the concerned Court within stipulated time." 3. Essentially, the petitioners are seeking the execution of orders dated 06.07.2020, 02.09.2021 and 25.01.2023 passed by the Civil Court in Original Suit No.136 of 2020. For execution of the said order, writ petition is not an appropriate remedy as the petitioner has a remedy to file an application under Order 39 Rule-2A of C.P.C. 4.
