Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate under which provision of law he is seeking the aforesaid remedy. Therefore, no case is made out for intereference by this Court. 4. Writ petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed. 5. No order as to costs.
