HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14549 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding K.G.K.T. Education Committee, Bareilly, which is an outsourced service provider agency, to restore the service of the petitioner, and hence in my considered view no writ of mandamus can be issued to a non- statutory body, which is not under our statutory obligation to discharge a particular duty. Learned standing Counsel submits that petitioner had approached this Court with the same relief and this Court declined to entertain this petition vide order dated 23rd July, 2025 leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the service provider. I have perused the order dated 23rd July, 2025 and I see no difference in the cause sought to be maintained in the present petition than to one which was involved in the earlier petition. Hence, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
