THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 688/2025 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 09.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11661 of 2024.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the respondents have complied with the order dated 09.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11661 of 2024 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
