Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondent and perused the record. 2. The only prayer made by the petitioner, who is a complainant, is that the District Magistrate, District Azamgarh be directed to constitute a team and take action against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 by investigating the matter regarding embezzlement of government funds. 3. It is argued that though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, District Azamgarh to pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
