The present application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. i.e. Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 853 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, during the course of hearing, has produced a photocopy of the certified copy of the order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara from which it appears that final form submitted by the police has been accepted by the Chief Judicial Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71250 of 2021(6) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 Magistrate. 4. In these circumstances, this application has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed. 5.
