The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the entire proceeding in the impugned Case No. 2113 of 2025, under Sections 170, 126, 135 B.N.S., Police Station- Utraon, District- Prayagraj. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 and 2 to award heavy compensation to the petitioner from the personal assets of respondent nos. 4, 6 and 7 within some specific time, who illegally detained and tortured the petitioner in police custody and also direct them to initiate disciplinary proceeding against respondent nos.4, 6 and 7. III. Pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. At the outset, Sri Amrendra Singh, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
