The petitioner by filing this writ petition has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint which the petitioner has made online, the copy of which has been sent to the Barwadda police station. 2. This Court is of the opinion that if the FIR has not been lodged inspite of an application, there are sufficient remedies in the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Since, petitioner has an efficacious alternative statutory remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Arpit/
