It is submitted that the partition and mutation proceedings have now been ordered to be transferred from the files of Assistant Collector 1st Grade to Assistant Collector IInd Grade, Bhuntar. However, there is no clarification as to whether the impugned order dated 28.11.2024, Annexure P-2, has been withdrawn or not. In any case, it can be implied that 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:HHC:9746 ) once the proceedings of the case have been transferred from one Court to another, the order passed on 28.11.2024 to keep the proceedings in abeyance automatically stands withdrawn. 2. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the petition is closed. Since, the parties are litigating before Revenue Courts since long, the Assistant Collector IInd Grade, to whom the proceedings now stands transferred, will decide the matter expeditiously and final order shall be passed in any case not later than six months from today. 3.
