HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32934 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J.
1. It is contended that brother of the petitioner Rajveer had instituted Suit No.936 of 2024, in which, an application 6-C for grant of temporary injunction was moved which was allowed by the order dated 28.08.2024 and the parties were directed to maintain status quo. Petitioner contends that the said injunction order is being violated.
2. From perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner- Malkhan is not one of the plaintiffs of Suit No.936 of 2024. However, in case the plaintiff of that suit finds that injunction order is being violated, he has a remedy of filing application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC.
3. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted.
4. Writ petition is misconceived and same stands dismissed.
