In present writ petition, petitioner is seeking following relief No.1 and 2 :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to conduct the enquiry against the respondent No.5 to 7 in pursuance of the letter dated 18.1.2012 issued by the Assistant District Inspector of Schools/Prabandh Sanchalak Gangapur Inter College, Gangapur, Varanasi. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.3 and 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.5 to 7 in accordance with law." This writ petition is filed after 12 years of said impugned order and otherwise also the Court cannot conduct roving inquiry or direct to conduct it.
