Issue a writ or direction in the nature of commanding and directing the respondent no.3 and its subordinates not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over Arazi no.89 area 1.8500 hectare situated in village Badauhi, Tehsil Lalganj and in cultivating the same." 2. Through this writ petition, a mandamus has been prayed for directing the forest officials not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioners. 3. No such relief can be granted while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available under law.
