This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Allow the petition and direct the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) New Court-10, Jaunpur to decide Original Suit No. 1166/1995 (Sitaram Vs. Lalchand & Another) which is pending before him, within certain stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From the perusal of writ petition it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matter under Article 227 No. 1983 of 2014 was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 05.08.2014. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
