Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 74, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted son of informant due to which he sustained injuries and one of the injuries sustained was found to be grievous in nature . 4.
