The case of the petitioner is that the defact complainant had lodged a false complaint against the petitioner with fabricated and forged statements. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the false complaint given by the defacto complainant, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of petition enquiry. Hence, the present petition. 3.
