Heard Sri Laxmi Shankar, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Anubhav Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for Respondents-2 and 3. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner has not made out a case that Government Order dated 27.06.2025, so far as applicability of enhance rate of DA, i.e., 252%, was adopted by U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban), therefore, Court cannot pass any mandamus that such relief be granted to petitioner or similarly situated persons. 3. Still the Court considered other prayer of petitioner with regard to pension, which has not been paid since March, 2025. There is no dispute that petitioner got pension probably on monthly basis since he got retired on 31.05.2021. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban) is facing financial constraint and also referred an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court at Lucknow in Special Appeal Defective No.208 of 2025 (U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban) through Managing Director and another vs. Shiv Nath Singh 3 others) 2025:AHC:LKO:29958-DB and an order passed by this Bench in Shreenath Prajapati vs. State of U.P. and others, 2025:AHC:165957.
