The petitioner, namely, Lotfur Rahman @ Rocky, son of Abul Kalam, resident of Barpeta, kayakuchi, Police Station-Barpeta, District-Barpeta, Assam has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Dispur Police Station Case No. 33/2025 registered under Sections 303(2)/318(2) BNS, 2023, wherein he was arrested on 01.02.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. N. J. Dutta, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Addl. PP, Assam has no objection. 4.
