Circuit Court, Agra to connect and decide the Revision No.166 of 2025, 167 of 2025, 168 of 2025, 169 of 2025 and 170 of 2025 (Mithlesh Kumari Vs. Pawan and others pending in the Court of Board of Revenue Circuit Court, Agra" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned Revision No.166 of 2025, 167 of 2025, 168 of 2025, 169 of 2025 and 170 of 2025 filed by petitioners arising out of mutation proceeding are pending before the respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, U.P. Circuit Court, Agra. He submitted that five pending revisions be heard together and disposed of within time bound period Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Umesh Vats Counsel for Respondent(s) : Avinash Chandra Srivastava, C.S.C. Mithlesh Kumari .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 11 Others .....Respondent(s) considering the judgment of this Court passed on 23.10.2024 in Writ B No.12792 of 1984. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, U.P. Circuit Court, Agra to decide the aforementioned Revision No.166 of 2025, 167 of 2025, 168 of 2025, 169 of 2025 and 170 of 2025 considering the judgment dated 23.10.2024 passed by this court in Writ B No.12792 of 1984 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
