The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to decide the objection dated 26.05.2025 filed in Suit No.272 of 2025, Khusboo and others Versus Fauran Singh and others pending till date. Further it is also prayed that this Hon'ble Court, may graciously be pleased to restrain the respondents/plaintiffs from raising construction on the land of petitioner till the disposal of objection in aforesaid suit pending before court below." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid objection dated 26.05.2025 is pending consideration and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to consider and decide the aforesaid objection, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Upendra Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Fauran Singh .....Petitioner(s) Smt.
