Issue a order or direction, direct the respondent no. 2 to ensure the hearing of Case No. 1839 of 2025, Computerized Case No. T202515060301839 (Seema Vs. Ravindra Giri) filed under Section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him, is expedited pending disposal of the present petition expeditiously within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal under Section 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 1839 of 2025, Computerized Case No. T202515060301839 (Seema Vs. Ravindra Giri) filed under Section 35(2) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
