Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 13.08.2025 moved by petitioner before the respondent No.2 to 4 for suitable pathway over the Gata No. 32/2 which is recorded in revenue records as Banjar for going to public including petitioner, which is pending before them within stipulate period fix by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application has been moved on 13.08.2025 before respondent nos. 2 to 4 for constructing pathway which is recorded as banjar in the revenue records. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 13.08.2025, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
