The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., for investigation, and the same also taken on file as Crl.MP No.1884 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham. However, the matter has remained pending since from the year 2020, and no effective progress has been taken. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on records carefully. 4.
