The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. On 02.02.2025, Gumla police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons namely Brinda Sahu and Kamleshwar Sahu. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S.
