2. Heard Ms. P. Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, who submitted that as per the e-Courts status report F.C.M.C.No.27 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-Cum-Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu was disposed of on 09.06.2016 as, ‘allowed in part’, hence, the case may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. This revision case was filed challenging the order dated 19.02.2014 passed in Cr.M.P.No.17 of 2014 seeking for amendment of averments in F.C.M.C.No.27 of 2012. In view of the disposal of F.C.M.C.No.27 of 2012 itself by the learned Judge, Family Court-Cum-Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu nothing remains in this revision case for further adjudication. The revision case can be dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the parties in F.C.M.C.No.27 of 2012 to approach the appropriate Court against the order dated 09.06.2016 in F.C.M.C.27 of 2012 which was allowed in part directing the petitioner herein to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) per month to the 2nd respondent and Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only) per month to the respondent No.3
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
