The writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 9.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.374 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 329(3) B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station Phaphund, District Auraiya. 3. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter the charge- sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, but he is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken thereon or not. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the cognizance taken on the police report by the court below, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
