This is not only a physical strain on her but also a financial strain. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. 4.Considering the above factors, the request made by petitioner wife appears reasonable and accordingly the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.3308 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem, to be tried along with 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Tr.C.M.P.No.1148 of 2024 O.P.No.459 of 2024. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
