To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Sub Divisional Magistrate Orai District Jalaun, (respondent No 4) to decide the claim of petitioner as bhoomidhari Land, land of Gata no. 204/1 area 5.67 dismal land of village Baghaura to correct the wrong entrée as Banzar Land and entrée in Revenue in suit no of 2024 dated 02.07.2024 as Annexure No. 1st." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no.4. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid proceedings. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Orai, District Jalaun to decide the claim of the petitioner and conclude the proceedings pending under Section 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
