In this Writ Petition, the petitioner assails the order dt. 11.02.2025 of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bokaro holding that he was guilty of misconduct, indiscipline, etc and that his conduct is unbecoming of Government Servant under Rule 3 of the Bihar Government Servant’s Conduct Rules, 1976, and imposing on him the punishment of dismissal from service. 3. Since the said order of punishment imposed on the petitioner is appealable under Rule 20 of the Jharkhand State Civil Courts’ Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer and other Service Conditions) Rules, 2018 to the Standing Appeal Committee of the High Court, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said effective alternative remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
