HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32992 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J.
1. Petitioner claims that his allotment has been rejected against which a revision has been filed, which is pending consideration. During pendency of the revision a stay application was moved, which was rejected.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is giving up the challenge to the order impugned and is only confining his relief for a direction upon the revisional court to decide the revision as early as possible.
3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being
disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon the revisional court to decide the Revision No. 1782 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C-202501000001782) (Amar Singh etc. V/s Hajarilal) filed under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act 1950, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this
order, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned at the appropriate stage.
4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
