Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the judgment impugned in this appeal. 2. After having gone through the judgment impugned, we are of the considered view that the contentions raised by the applicant require due appreciation of evidence, which in our opinion can be done only at the time of consideration of the appeal and not in the application seeking leave to file appeal. 3. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Leave to file appeal is granted to the applicant. 4. Application stands disposed of. 5. Registry is directed to diarize the main appeal and list the main appeal. 6. Main appeal is taken on board. 7. Issue notice to the respondents, which is waived by Mr. Sanchit Verma, Advocate on behalf of the respondents. 2 8. The respondents shall furnish bail bond for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each and personal bonds of the same amount to the satisfaction of learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. 9.
