Prayer in these applications is for restoration of main petitions which were dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 11.02.2025. 6. In the present bunch of petitions, the challenge is to the award dated 27.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed against the workmen wherein claim was raised that the workmen are the employee of the Forest Department of Haryana and their services were terminated in violation of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has not been accepted on the ground that there was no master and servant relationship between the petitioners and the respondent-Department. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent(s)-State submits that the similar issue qua the same department of Forest or identical facts were raised in a bunch of petitions including CWP-1046-2025 titled as 'Nishan Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others' which have been decided on 04.04.2025 and the similar plea has been rejected and the writ petitions have been dismissed. 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has not been able to rebut the said contention. 10. Once, the similar issue has already been decided qua the same relief claimed of the same department on similar allegations, the present petitions are also dismissed in terms of Nishan Singh'case (supra). 11. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 12. Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected file.
