GP FOR SERVICES I 2 The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularity one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring the impugned suspension cum Show cause Notice Dt.19.12.2024 (copy received on 04.02.2025), vide Notice No.HR/08/EGS/DWMA/2024 passed by the 3rd Respondent against the petitioner ignoring the Explanation Dt.07.02.2025 is illegal, unjust and violation of the article 14, 16 and 21 of the constitution of India and set aside the same in pursuance of SRDS Rules,2012 as well provisions of the Field Assistants Human Resource Policy (FAHRP) under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in order to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant in Kodada village of Thondangi Mandal and to pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard Ms.Ramana Allu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuant to show cause notice-cum-suspension order dated 19.12.2024, though he submitted explanation dated 07.02.2025, the inquiry has not been concluded. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 on instructions submits that inquiry came to be concluded by proceedings dated 11.03.2025 and final orders were passed removing the petitioner from service. 3 5. In view of the subsequent developments, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the removal order before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
