The writ petition is directed against the F.I.R. dated 24.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 100 of 2025 under Sections 105, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Derapur, District Kanpur Dehat. The petitioner has been identified as principal offender who inflicted fatal injuries to the deceased which caused his death. Recitals in the F.I.R. also disclose that the petitioner had hurled caste related abuses at the deceased. The postmortem report corroborates the prosecution case. Prima facie, the offence is disclosed against the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.
