Without making any observation on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, with the direction that in the event of the petitioner filing a fresh representation on the issues raised in this writ petition, by 26.03.2025, let an appropriate decision thereupon be taken by the Authority after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents, before 04.04.2025. Final decision with regard to the grant of necessary permission/entering into agreement with the private respondent qua the setting up of the stone crusher, shall be taken by the Authority thereafter, depending upon the outcome of the representation.
