Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.65 of 2024, registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the Court of Sri Vishal Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.10461/2024 vide order dated 11.12.2024. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim who is a minor girl, aged about 16 years. It was submitted that Charge has been framed in this case on 09.12.2024 and the prosecutrix has been examined. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected once again.
