A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, . 467, 468, 471 and 506 read with 34 lPC. 3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 15.ll.2023, at about 4.00 p.m., the defacto complainant, who is an employee of NMDC, Kirandole Town, Chattishghad State, met Al in the month of November, 2023. The Al told deceitful words to the defacfo complainant that he was working in the Prisons department and has 30 acres Of land. ln this connection, the AI cheated the defacto complainant by using some fake names of Honlble High Court Judges and also created fake documents iiE| `'- I c-><y E wI-th fake names of Hl-gh Court Judges and forged signatures Ion their names to provide a steno job in the High court. The defacto complainant beII'eVed the words Of Al and transferred a sum of Rs.59,06,100/-to accused through Bank Account, Phone pay, Google pay, NEFT, RTGS and net bankI-ng. Later defacto complajnant came to know that the accused cheated hl'm. when the defacto complainant asked the accused about the matter, then the accused sent the scary photos and sent fake documents to the defacto complaI'nant'S WhatSaPP number and threatened to kill him wI'th the Support Of Other accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner hereI'n iS nothing tO dO With the activI'tieS Of Al and further submits that Al was granted bail by thI-S Court vide dated 20.02.2025 in CrI.P.No.1418 of 2025. He further submits that thI'S Court granted antI'CiPatOry bail tO A2 to A8 vide orders jn CrI.P.No.8837 of 2O24. 6. A perusal of the materI'al On record goes tO Show thatthe allegation made agal-nst Al is that he created fake documents wI'th a promise to provide J'ObS and COIlected an amount of Rs. 59,06,100/-by cheating innocent people. The accusation agal'nst the petitioner hereI®n/All is that Al purchased a car jn the name of the petjtI'Oner hereI'n. The learned counsel for the petjtI®Oner submits that there I®S nO relatiOnShI'P between Al and the PetI'tl'Oner herein to justify the purchase of a car I-n the petitioner's name. lt appears that the prosecution has not collected any materI'al tO Support their Case that Al purchased the car, which Its registered in the name of the petitioner herein. £--- 3 fr 7. Considering the nature of accusations made against the Petitioner and I-n absence Of any material in support of the accusations made against the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein on the following conditions. i) The petitionerherein shall be enlarged on bail Ion the event of hI'S arrest, upon he furnishing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), along with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the statl'on House Officer concerned. ii) The petitioner hereI'n iS further directed to co- operate With the investigation.
