Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.1093 of 2024, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Tappal,District Aligarh pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife of opposite party no.2. She has moved an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance in which the court below has allowed maintenance of Rs.4500 per month to the appellant and Rs.1500 to the child but till date the opposite party no.2 has not paid a single penny to the applicant, thereafter, the appellants has filed case under Section 128 Cr.P.C. for recovery of arrears, which is still pending. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforementioned case, expeditiously, preferentially within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
